Welcome to the London Youth Festival 2023! By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
0. Introduction
0.1 ‘Event’ refers to the London Youth Festival taking place on the 22nd and 23rd of July 2023 at Merchant Taylors’ School in Moor Park, London.
0.2 ‘Organiser’ refers to Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur (UK), who is organising the event
0.3 ‘Participant’ refers to any individual attending the event
1. Attendance
1.1 Participants must be between 18 and 39 years old to attend the event.
1.2 All participants must have a valid ticket or registration to enter the festival.
1.3 Participants must carry valid ID for age verification and student status verification where applicable.
1.4 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1 All fees for the event must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
2.2 In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a refund of the ticket price will be provided, but any other expenses or costs will not be refunded.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Participants must take full responsibility for their own health and safety during the event.
3.2 Participants with medical conditions or injuries, particularly those that could be exacerbated by physical activity, must notify the organiser before participating in any sports or other activities with physical exertion. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are physically capable of participating in such activities.
3.3 The organiser will adhere to health and safety standards and will maintain medical assistance onsite. However, the organiser will not be held liable for death, injury, or illness suffered by any participant during the event.
3.4 Participants must look after their own belongings, and the organiser will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Participants must behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.
4.2 Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive and / or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
4.3 Participants must comply with all instructions given by the organiser or event staff.
4.4 Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises during the event. Attendees deemed to be under the influence of substances such as alcohol and / or drugs will not be permitted on the premises.
4.4 Any attendees breaching the code of conduct can be asked to leave the event premises with immediate effect, at the discretion of the organiser or event staff.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents) in any materials or content created or provided by the organiser for the event (including logos, designs, and promotional materials) are owned by the organiser.
5.2 Participants acknowledge that any materials or content created by them during the event (including but not limited to photographs, videos, and written works) may be used by the organiser for promotional or other purposes.
5.3 Any new materials or content created by participants during the event shall be owned by the organiser, and participants hereby assign all rights, titles, and interests in such materials or content to the organiser.
6. Photography
6.1 Participants agree to being photographed for promotional material relating to the event.
7. Modifications
7.1 The organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule, events, speaker lineup, and any other aspect of the event without notice.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
